During the recent down pour, our top floor apartment suffered 2 leaks, one from the hall light and a water mark above the boiler in the cupboard. I have emailed PW and also registered the issue with PW web page, but I am not getting a response back.
So I am wondering if I am the only one in this situation and what other people are doing? I have had an offer from my solicitor to contact PW for me (at a cost) but should I let them or do I keep chasing them, or do I fix it myself (try to guess where the leak is, probably the same as PW anyway).
I have found Milenium very helpful and have sent somebody around to look at fixing the water marks and ceiling, etc, but not the root cause. Get the impression that the chimney, may be the cause of a lot of leaks.
There is also some history that I reported a water mark to PW last September and they put me on the list, but nothing ever happened, and between then and now, the water mark cleared up.
