Maybe we have to let Polaris bild a clubhouse with money of shareholders of CDA

When times get better Polaris can buy it back with proffit for the shareholders

All CDA owner has to be a shareholder (solidarity system),for the non golfers they have also the benefit that there property gets a higer value.

2000 owners x 250€= 500.000€

Excellent idea!!! Why not, we're all investors, that's why we bought on CdA.

It's better than wait and wait....I am curious what PW think about it.

It gives them also a little bit trust for the future, I know they have a lot of problems like 1000 other company's.

And yes indeed, our properties ( and the resort)  will be more worth!

I also thought this to be a good idea, but i would be happier if the administrators did the organising on our behalf as they work for us anyway. This way the cost would be split between all of the properties, ie 3000. the money could be collected through the community fees with the banks and polaris contributing with the properties they still own. This way every house would contribute €170 which could be €42 each quarter along with the normal community fee for one year. €500,000 should be sufficient to build a pretty good clubhouse even if it needs to be added to in the future.

I for one would be prepared to chuck that much in to get the one facility this resort needs to go forward. A small sub-commitee formed to organise running the finished article with profits going back into the community funds.

Is this what La Isla residents have also been suggesting for their clubhouse/ bar and third pool? If so are they likely to want to contribute to both and then figures need to be based on that decision? But good idea.

Would contribution be reflected in who could use the clubhouse?

Ola Golf make their living out of running golf courses which attract major european competitions.

I cannot believe that they would ever have purchased the rights to CDA without a clubhouse being part of the package.

The clubhouse is fundermental to a succesful golf course and I am sure will be built, but no doubt in "Spanish time".
