Although I dont condone swearing! there are times when adjectives such as dreadful, awful, rubbish, terrible, etc are simply not strong enoght words to describe Polairs.

 Yes Giles your comment is noted and you could be right, but I don't know what sort of children you know, but all the children that I know are more interested in X Boxes and PS3's etc., to even consider looking on an EOS forum. (if that indeed is your problem)

And furthermore Giles, I would be more worried about the child's investment in Condado de Alhama and the loss of their money if they bought a property at Condado de Alhama, (which is the ONLY reason why they would be on this forum in the first place) so I would think a swear word would be the last thing on their mind too, but for you, I will try not to say again that there is a shite restaurant in the shitty Al Kasar beside the shit bar.

Statement:1. 1500 euro rent, need 2k euro before open doors, must be mad? answer: why mad? mark up on beers is massive, even at only 50%  which is very very conservative in spain, you would only need to sell 100 bottles/pints/shots a day, in the season you would do that in an hour for about 8 hours every day, you do the math, in the off season obviously depending where you are (los Alcazares square) you would do that every day no problem.

We rent out our apartment throughout the year and have many guests who don't hire cars and get taxis to Camposol if necessary.  I don't think boycotting will work, if they closed it down because of the boycott the impact it would have on the rental market and residents wouldn't have been worth it.
