We have just completed on two apartments block 15 and block 13. We will keep one for use ourselves and maybe some holiday rentals when we feel confident about the development, but hope to do long term rental on the other. When we were last there the lady in the office promsied to let us have the name and email of a couple who had set up a business doing rentals for the development - owners there. Does anyone know who they are as we never received the information.
We were really worried about our purchase after reading lots of dissatisfaction on the message board but were quite pleased except for bedroom size and that washer utility area - crazy set up - but better than we were expecting. Our agent (McAntony) has done the snagging but we also had a good look ourselves in January just before completion so we wait with interest to see 18th Feb week what we have to discover. We cannot stay as our furniture isn't in place yet so our firsdt stay on site will be April.
We hadn't heard of Ammex so will now register. A lot we have to find out it seems but useful forum. We would like to meet others when we can actually stay there.
