theme park location?

Hey everyone 

Is the paramount news official yet, if not, can anyone tell me when this is to happen

I have seen another thread where they were saying that there is a one year period

to finalise contract matters, money etc... but that the Condado bid was agreed, hopefully

this is true. 

Hopefully this will speed up the construction on the clubhouse which is needed

sooner rather then later.

So far this seems to be the most recent news. It seems CdA has been identified as the site for Paramount but 'all options remain open' as there is a year for the deal to be put together. Fuente Alamo remains in reserve. La Verdad was cautioning that this is merely the first step and is only an agreement that the land can be purchased so nothing should be taken for granted and the investment being looked for is several billion euro's.

Earlier this year Fuente Alamo had alot of hype around the potential building of a Formula 1 test circuit but in the end it hasnt happened as issues arose about investment.. So La Verdad are probably right to suggest caution regarding the Paramount deal for CdA but hopefully we can be cautiously optimistic.
