Hi All,

A meeting was held with Almudena on 8 October and a report of that meeting has been written and sent out to the SARC membership. It is also now on the SARC website on the NEWSLETTER  page.  The whole of the SARC committee hope that it will be of help and interest to all SADM purchasers.

All the best

Tony On behalf of the SARC committee

Hey Tony , Well done another spectacular report  !!!!

I think you are a genuine guy and a really nice person  who has put a lot of time into trying to help others and get a good  outcome from this awfull mess however I am baffled by the fact that you  never question what Almu tells you !!!

Just because you are doing what you think is right  does not make you right .In this instance you are very wrong , it will give me no pleasure when this becomes obvious for all to see .

I fear that Almu is only telling you what you want to hear .The whole future of HdT and SADM depends on the SJI outcome and Almu et al know this .This is why they can not move SADM forward . If SJI  fail  it is game over for HdT and SADM.

Tony you are  (with the best intentions) clouding the issues , the SARC report you have produced is no more than SJI drivel .They have achieved nothing and are using SARC to "make believe"  there is light at the end of their self preserving  tunnel of dreams .

Get real and take the legal option ! It is starting to show results !

Hi JA,

many thanks for your comments and I must point out that we do check up on what is said and the SARC Executive discuss all information etc prior to a report being released.

Regarding SJI  we do have some members who have also purchased at el Pinet and also other members who wish to move their deposits to a coastal location .SARC are  doing all that we possibley can to support these members and to facilitate a positive outcome for all. We have noted that SJI purchasers are having the options that SARC negotiated for HdT purchasers being offered to them also and that SJI purchasers ( due to the different circumstances of the company & buisness projections ) are being offered  a 80% refund.

I WANT A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL

All the best

Tony
