Property Prices

All we read about are property prices falling. Did anyone in SC phase 1 or 2 manage to negotiate Taray down from their asking price?

Or are we resigned to the fact that all these bargain buys are only in the resale market?

I heard that a 3 bed quad corner plot with terrace all tiled , white goods and air con,sold by Taray for 135000€  !!!!!!!!!

What Taray seem to be doing is, if they had sold tho property for the full price and had received and deposit and the two stage payments but not the  final payment when the sale had fallen thought they are selling the property for the outstanding amount ie the the amount of the final payment so there are some bargains out there.
