has anybody bought on manzanna block 2 penthouses due to be ready march 2007

We have bought on manzana 1 /block 2. Our apartment number is 19 which is a corner one facing into the development. The March completion looks extremely unlikely - our solicitor has told us that if we wait for the LFO (which we are) then we won't complete before June. What is your understanding re possible completion date?

not heard anything yet parador told us not to book flights till we here from them will, keep u informed

its nice to know that somebody is on the same block as us was begining to think we were on our own

Hi all

Although we are not in block 2 we are in block 1 no 16 apartment, we also are supposed to complete at the end of March but are now not hopeful of this going ahead ,we have booked flights for the end of April thinking we could have gone out to sort the furniture but feel this may now be a waste of 2 weeks and after reading your comment on June being a nearer date I think we will do this , as we too do not want to complete without the LFO, does anyone else have any news on block 1?

Hi all,

your not on your own on block 2, we are in block 2 no5 facing the village, i was out there at the end of january and had a good look around the site, have been told the apartment is finished just waiting on the outside areas. We are going out first week in March (5th til 9th)  for a short visit , we will check on the site and let you know, our agents are trying to find out if completion will still be in March as the original date given, if anyone out there during this time may see you.

we are going out  on the 22nd april completeing on the 24th anybody going to be around that week   would be pleased  to meet up with anyone  we shall be at the property quite a lot as we are taking our son out to fit the lights etc he is an electrician so its a busmans holiday for him

We are going out in  April for a week but don't have a completion date yet but are hopefuly getting closer, we are block 1 apartment 16 and are planning to spend some time around the complex so hopefuly will bump into you.

Hope everything went smoothly for those completing this week and you are all busy furnishing or even sitting in the sun!

Just a quick question and hope you can help. We are block 2, facing the village and just wondered if we had a street name yet, or even full address?

just got back all signed and sealed its now ours as far as i am aware from what the solicitor said its going to be called nectarina  hope that helps we also face the village

Thanks for that, quite like that name> Could it be from all the Orange trees that are about the area.

Glad you are all sorted and hope you had good time, we are doing the deed next Wednesday and having some furniture delivered on Thursday( fingers crossed)

the road faceing san cayetano village with the bungalows/penthouses opposite the park is to be called nectarina that is what we  were told when completeing

good luck with the delivery of your furniture when they delivered ours no problems apart from the double beds having to go in over the balconies but it was a piece of cake to them they must do it a lot
the treatment we got was far superior to anything in the uk hope to see you on our next visit
