Probably not, but if you buy at that price you could get a  TAX bill for the differanse on what the tax man thinks it should be.

Jings, that's a stone throughs from mine. Nice to think my deposits have gone bye-bye. People should stop these negative posts.

With the availability of units it would be nice to be able to swap ours for another closer to Al Kazar without all the hassle and overhead of buying/selling. Wife particularly likes the ones next to a vacant unit that she could knock through into one.

Boy can we dream when we are on holiday.  

If you are in it to make a quick profit, then you have a problem. Long term (5 years plus), prices will return to acceptable levels. These 'cheap' apartments will 'wash' through the system eventually, we all need to be realistic of todays financial climate, and patient!
