notifying security of visits?

Hi

I am I right in thinking an email to :  security@cdagr.eu

stating, owner, visitor, dates, contact info is the procedure for allowing visitors on site?

Yep that's the correct address.

Visit http://naranjosjardine1.wordpress.com/2010/09/15/access-control/  and click on the Visitors or Rentals links to create the emails to security.

 I had a flying visit a couple of days ago.  Drove in, drove out - no notification supplied.

I was over  for  a week last week  to do some jobs like painting &staining plus grouting all jobs done I just drove  in and out not stopped  at all? I will be over at the start of April.  The car hire for last week was only €34 not bad? Hope to see you all in the clover  Malc& Carol
