Save a Street Child in Nepal for Just 1,50€ per Day!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi folks,

We have paid £6000 deposit and, eventually, when full planning permission is granted on El Romeral, we will have to give them 10% deposit.

Are there any companies (not cowboys of course!) who specialise in lending for this purpose? Can you get a mortgage for a house that isn't built yet?

So many questions......and probably more to come.

Any advise is good!

                        Not as I am aware and if anyone knows of a company then please please let me know. There are a few options one being bridging finance, a loan or doing a Joint Venture with some body.
