Insurance on Terrazas

Have just completed on apt on Terrazas, can anyone advise on insurance - is building covered in community fees or do I need Contents and Buildings insurance.? Not useing Spanish mrtgage, so free to choose, any ideas on best insurer and typical cost.

  Our solicitor did our insurance for us we are with Vitalicio-Hogar Master.

  Sorry can,t give you the price our solicitor has our papers.

  We don,t have a mortgage so you can shop around.

  Your bank will also recommend someone if you ask ours did.

We bought out building & contents insurance through Gesfin Urbana who have an office on La Torre. The cost was 150 Euros and was with Axa.
