Shower Tray

Hi

Our shower tray has developed a crack because it was not installed properly on a flat surface and now needs replacing.  We are having trouble finding a replacement tray that is the same size and depth and with the drain hole in the correct position.  Has anyone else had cause to replace the tray and if so were you able to find an exact match anywhere?

We got RyF to replace the tray on 2 occassions.  They fought us but as we had never used the shower they had no leg to stand on.  You could ask RyF where they get theirs from as you could be sure that they fit this way.

My shower tray has cracked also. I asked RYF to replce but they fought all the way over a three year period and then said they would repair ???  Not very good after sales service !   I refused the repair and will have to replace mine at some point, if you do find out where to purchase they trays would you let me know please.

I,m only in Duquesa for limited periods but do need to get this done.

Shower trays come in a range of standard, normally metric sizes, look to see if there is a make on it, measure it and look at Leroy Merlin.DIY store.

Ferriteria Morales near Sabinillas roundabout may be able to order one for you.

You could replace it with fibreglass/plastic tray which is more forgiving.
