8 RESIDENTS SPOKE WITH LAURA & ANTONIO TODAY  REGARDS THE PROPOSED MEETING TOMORROW. SHE HAS TRIED INDIVIDUALLY TO SEE ALL OTHER RESIDENTS< BUT THE MESSAGE GIVEN DIDN@T COME BACK CLEARLY>
THE BOTTOM LINE IS
IF RESIDENTS ATTEND IT WILL BE SEEN AS A REPRESENTED MEETING, BUT IN REALITY PROCABAR HAVE VOTING RIGHTS FOR ALL UN SOLD HOUSES & WILL HAVE AN EASY OVERALL MAJORITY. EVEN IF EVERYONE TURNED UP THIS WOULD MEAN POTENTIALLY PROCABAR COULD VOTE IN THEIR OWN PRESIDENT/VICE PRESIDENT ETC ETC & OWNERS WOULD HAVE NO SAY IN HOW DECISIONS WERE MADE ie: CONTRACTS FOR SECURITY, CLEANING COULD BE APPOINTED BY PROCABAR.

THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY A SOLICITOR.

A TOTAL BOYCOTT KEEPS EVERYTHING IN THE AIR & A MEETING WILL BE CALLED WITH THIS SOLICITOR WHICH MAY GIVE US A WAY FORWARD SO THAT WE DONT HAVE ALL THE ADD ON COSTS OF BEING AN URBANISATION. THE MEETING WILL BE WITHIN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, ANY QUESTIONS NEED TO BE FORWARDED FOR THAT MEETING TO LAURA.

IF YOU FEEL THAT THIS IS ANOTHER SCAREMONGER.  LOOK AT ALL THE VOTE % OWNED BY PROCABAR ON THE DOCUMENT CIRCULATED   ON THE LAST PAGE M54 SHOWS THAT OUT OF 58 PROPERTIES ONLY 7 ARE OWNED BY INDIVIDUALS......

Support the idea of a boycott. Anyway, this is surely a matter for residents. Procobar do not reside in Sierra Golf.

what about the people who own properties on s.g. but do not reside there permanetly. we have very little information  about what is going on, and have received no information from massa. will decisions be made by only those who live on site permantely, on will we all have our say. if the committee is forced upon us will we have a vote or will this be down to those who live there full time. these points need to be taken into consideration as non resident homeowners we too are affected and should be able to have our say in any major decisions being made on our behalf.

Jose (spanish Policeman owner on SG) is attending the meeting this afternoon as a representative of both the Spanish & English people boycotting, to listen to what is being said .... He hasn't been issued any paperwork as his name is not on the list ( as its not updated information) , and therefore cannot be seen as having a vested interest at this point.

Some people will be attending as is their right, but it is suggested/advised that the greater the number boycotting the meeting could effect/delay the process, giving more time for a measured response to any further information .

I am only the messenger, but like everyone else want the best outcome.  

I check this site when I can which is ususaly weekly and I am surprised at this news of a meeting and our information being shared with all an sundry. Our information is private and confidential and  for it to be viewed

Like many we do not reside on site but it is still very important to us and i do think we need to be kept in the loop for info as it will affect us too.
