Illegal Satellite Tv

Regards to the forbidden satellite dishes that keep springing up on the complex on my last visit there are three new ones,

I have sent a mail to Juan Santos but have not heared from him , could you not apply any pressure on him to have them removed as you are the sole installer on this complex and satellite T/V should be done by your company, you installed our's and we have had no trouble at all.

Along with you loosing custom these dishes look unsightly one is aprox 1.6, 

Have you thought of calling at the office and getting the address of people who have moved in and slipping a note through their  door stating that they must you your services and is forbidden to just get any body into install,the reason I suggest this is  there are quite a few people moving in at present ,

whilst people are on this subject i would like to point out that i paid over 500 for a dish on the roof with a connection so that others could join when the development first opened 4 yrs ago and nobody was lic=ving there but me. Block 11

My dish was removed by thomas whilst i was in the uk and i never saw it again. There was no approved engineer when i had it put up and the site manager juan carlos even let the sky man up onto the roof with his key and gave permission for me to have it installed.   how come others have not had theirs removed and it still gets me that mine was never returned to me after removal

Sorry with the situation you ended up in,but as you were probably one of the first on site nothing had been agreed or discussed.

Normally at the start of a community funds or should I say no funds are available to consider installing a system of satellite distribution.

Since then we have installed a system free of charge to the community.

In your case - yes your dish was removed to make room for a much larger community  system, to which you were connected free of charge

Please remember our charge is only 250 euros for a better signal and service ( 7 day as requested by the administrator)

We believe that dishes visable are being removed as and when the owners are being contacted and respond the to situation.

For example a dish was removed last month under the instructions of Jaun Santos.

Hopefully this will eventually  finish with no satellite dishes on view and improve the ambience of the community.

 Just like to thank Tom Anderson for answering my call for help so quickly.  When I arrived at the apartment last week the TV was not receiving a satellite signal.  I tried all the obvious to get it starting again but to no avail.  I called Tom  who came around to the apartment within the hour and immediately fixed the problem.

he didnt have my dish under his arm did he? haha

I paid 300 Euro 4 years ago to have you fit my sky cable and set up with my own box.I now require the twin cable fitting for the sky plus box.How much please to do this.
