only just found this site, nice to know there is a community feel to the place already!

bought apartment phase 1 tee last november, hoping i made right choice???

does anyone know what exactly will be completed and when? my paperwork says phase 1 completes Dec o7 .... does this mean pools, shops, golf course etc.

as you can tell my knowledge is nil

We are also new to this site and feel very similar, newly purchased, potential minefield. However, having read through a few of the threads on Eye on Spain, we feel much better, given that the UGR development looks to be going ahead well and as promised! we were last out in August and will be back again in Summer.

Only disappointment so far is the lack of new photos on the official website, but this forum makes up for it!.

Look forward to hearing more news in the near future. We will keep the site updated on anything we have.

Just to let you know we had a visit in Feb and averything is looking great - we were told that all on track for Dec07 completion of phase 1 (watch this space !!) and also that all of the golf, shops, bar, etc facilities will be ready at the same time.  Of course it will be Dec so I guess they are building in that pools not required, bars not open because off-season, etc but I did get a really good fell about the whole place and quality of the development
