To all Oceanview/GV&A clients :-

In July this year we called into the GV&A offices in Marbella. We were shown the plans of parking / storage areas that are for sale at additional costs. They range from 21600 to 25600 euros in total for both. We were told initially by Oceanview that they would cost approximately 6000 euros !   Any comments please.

PARKING - in our contract it specically includes parking and storage space in the original price. ( we are buying in block 7) and so we are expecting to receive this when we complete.  Is there anyone out there also buying in block 7 - we seem to be the only people on the planet that are in this block!!!  Has anyone got a garage who has already completed and if so were they with OVP and what block are you in?  I'm beginnning to wish we had bought on the Costa Blanca where relatives bought off plan - everything finished and the keys in their hands within 16 months!!!! They've had no problems at all and so it must be down to OVP all the problems we've had especially as all the other blocks were sold through another agent and seem to have completed long before us.

Jenni:- We are also buying in block 7. There is no parking under block 7 and GV&A have offered us parking & storage at an additional price under block 5.

Hello  Have just found this site we have just come back from spain we bought an apartment in block 3 and completed on it we bought it with maria in the office looking at the e-mails it seems some bought with other agents and regarding the garages we had to pay extra just for the legal fees for the garage but not to pay for it it was included in the cost.

We are wanting to sell but are worried that the whole site is filthy and rubbish and things about but we were told until the commitee has been set up nothing was getting done does anyone know if and when it will be cleaned up.
