Teleast TV gone off

Hi,

Not had any TV channels all afternoon, is it just me? The few channels that used to be available through the TV socket have also gone!!

Has your TV been sorted out? I didn't read your post before I posted a similar one - and it's Wednesday. When I phoned one numbuer it didn't connect (but it was 5:50)pm but the other number I had was answered by a lady who didn't speak English (and my Spanish isn't up to much, I'm afraid) and she told me to phone 'the administrator'. I hope I misunderstood but I shall try again tomorrow.

Have you had any better luck?

Not sure you got this number but try this 902006270 , they are Teleeast ,and the Girls there are English

I managed to get hold of them this morning and they are apparently correcting the problem at this very minute. They were waiting to get the keys to the communication box for blocks 81 onwards, having sorted out all the other blocks!

Hopefully when I return from the clubhouse I will have British TV!

Which block/phase are you on? Or is it the whole resort again?

We are on phase 4. The TV was off for about 4-5 hours on Monday night, then again on Tuesday morning for 30-40 mins. Seems to be behaving now!! Hopefully its sorted.
