CAR AND STORAGE

A LOT HAVE BEEN ASKING ABOUT PARKING NOT BEING IN THERE BLOCK AND HAVING TO WALK TO APARTMENT

WELL IN SOME CASES YOU ARE RIGHT I HAVE BEEN TO PHASE 4 BLOCK 2  THERE ARE TWO PARKING LEVELS IN THIS BLOCK THAT ALSO RUN UNDER BLOCK 3MY PARKING IN BLOCK 3  BUT I ACCESS IT VIE BLOCK 2 PARK MY CAR WALK A FEW YARD BACK TO BLOCK 2    GET IN LIFT TO APARTMENT  NO PROBLEM  MY STORAGE IS IN BLOCK 2      I HAVE HAD TWO VIEWINGS ONE IN DEC06 AND ONE LAST WEEK  AND BOTH  VEIWING  INCLUDED  PARKING AND STORAGE

IF LIKE ME YOU ARE GOING TO LIVE AND WORK IN SPAIN  AND HAVE 2 CARS   THEN THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOUR CAR SPACE ARE ONE IN FROTE AND THE OTHER BEHIND SO FIRST CAR WILL BLOCK SECOND CAR IN

samson   that fine  but in block 2 ther are two rows of parking and if your in back row  side by side how do you get out when theres a row of cars in front as you have to drive forward to get out  there is a wall at the back  and the same if you have two spaces in front  you block the back row

 i am not saying all blocks are the same and as the are diffrent levels of parking in block two it may only be a problem  on the parking level i have to use but i feel we should have been told about this when first sold our apartments     .

 if you have single row parking fine but ours are double row you have to drive into first row  to park in back row as there is no driving space between rows
