Hi to everyone on Arenal golf, (phase 4)

First timer!

Trying to sort out a mortgage, not using my agent. Anyone with recommendations?

latest news some blocks on phase 4 completion now July/August!

When and how did you hear this news about completion dates?

My realty company have informed me that end of march latest for block 11.

 had our mortgage with the leeds in the uk they have started to do spanish mortgages from there spanish banks

there rep met us in spain on 4 dec06 and we filled in all the paper work the next day we got a call to say it had been aproved   you will need to have with you 6month bank statments  6 wage slips utility bill and passport 

they have just completed the valueation on our apartment  it would have been done sooner  only the rep we dealt with has been on holiday 

the best thing english speaking and very helpfull and when it comes to signing there lawyer will be there to translate
