We're new and buying in La Tercia Real! Anyone else??

Any one in Phases  3 and 4 I am now talking about people with road front apartments being surprised by what level they have ended up on.

I purchased a flat on level one road side.I think I rightly expected this apartment to be one floor up on the road side.I am now hearing the apartment is on the ground floor level as this is level 1 at the back.

I have never heard of an apartment being next to the entrance door on the street being clasified as being on level one.Anyone else have this problem on a road front apartment.I would like to hear.

I would also like to hear if you purchased road side on phase 3 or 4 and  got what you expected .I.E .A first floor flat on the first floor.Orsecond floor apartment on the second floor

Regarding the confusion over different levels, all phase 4 blocks have 3 levels on the roadside and 4 levels on the golf side.If you are on level 1 this is street level on the road side.

I have been in the building trade and always believed you numbered from ground floor road entrance side.Otherwise if there were 3 floors below ground level  at the back you would have to ask to be on level 4 to have a first floor flat on the front.

I firmly believe this shoud have been pointed out when buying.I think most people who asked to be on the second floor back or front  needed telling how they where being marked out.

It seems if the garage is above ground .this then qualifies for ground floor.In this case you could be on level two at the front and still end up with an apartment on the ground floor.

In my opionion if you ask for a second floor apartment golf side you should be two foors above the ground.Like wise if you ask for a second floor flat on the front you should be two floors above ground level.
