Just a general question about the storage room /space that is available when purchasing an apartment (I have an apt in phase 3).. As well as the car park space have people automatically got in their  property price a storage room/space or had to pay extra for one ?

Hi, storage space and car parking space(s) included within price of my apartment in phase 4 block 6. - this was purchased as re-sale off-plan. Check your purchase deed it should tell you what was included within purchase price?

Philz, Have just completed purchase in phase 3. The price is made up of apartment, 2 parking spaces and storage room. Each one has it's own price and title deeds so that they can be sold separately if you wish to do so although the 2 parking spaces cannot be sold separately. You do need to check your parking spaces asap as we found after completion that our spaces and storage area are under block 4 although our property is in block 1. We were told that this is because phase 1 has only 1 parking level while others built higher up the hill have 2 or more and obviously block 1 has more apartmnents than parking spaces. Not very good at all as it means carrying shopping etc some distance but too late to do anything. No doubt it will lead to a lot more parking on the road.

we are in phase four block 2 storage came with apartmentand was included in total price but you can sell it off and parking if you dont need them

car parking and storage comes with apartment car space have plenty of room for 2 cars plus motorbike and store room a good size

I would be careful selling your strage and parking off seperatly as if you come to resell this maybe an issue.
