Does anyone have any information regarding how much the maintenance costs are going to be on Phase 4.

Also, as anyone begun to list their property for rental income.

What sort of response have you had?

What prices should I be considering?

 

Hi, we are renting apartment in phase 3 over xmas period cost £350. I believe rental costs are around 250-350 UK pounds per week dependant on time of year. Maintenance costs not set for phase 4 this will be done (I believe) once all apartments are complete and up and running. It is from the input of owners as to amount set - ensuring all maintenance and upkeep charges are fully met to keep site of high quality. I had head guess estimates from estate agents in spain as around £1000 per year (which seems good?)

if you are renting vi agent he will take 20% of your rental try and find someone  local to do it for you as some agents will rent with out telling you and keep the rental income.   Or find a key person who will keep an eye on apartment  so its not let without you knowing  there is a member offering this on site contact babe
