have just returned and we were speaking to a Spanish friend, who is a policeman in Arroyo,who has two apartments in Phase 2. He  told us that he is paying 60 euros  a month for his one-bedroom apartment and for a two-bedroom it is around 70 euros. When all the facilities are completed we have been told by the Sales office that these figures will probably double but no-one know for sure how much this increase will be.

we were told when buying about £1000 per year ........hope so  i can live with that  better than  £1.332 poll tax in wales

for two bed semi and for that i get to park on pavment as road to narrow  screaming bin men and freezing weather      . and i wont miss football pitch at bottom of garden or main railway line at end off street  and M4 next to it 

On phase 1 comunity charges are between €60 to €90 per month, already a €47,000 deficit has occurred which means that all residents will have to pay an extra €200 split over the next 4 months.

All phases  will ultimately have there own committee with individual Presidents, there will be one overall President who will chair all meetings called by the individual Presidents.

A company has been given a 5 year contract to maintain the golf course. It is yet to be decided how this will be administered or paid for, it is fair to say that this will either involve a substantial cost to the comunity charge or a cost to play or both.
