Swimming Pool

Does anyone know if the swimming pool is going to be in use this summer.  We will be out there in August and it would be lovely to have the pool up and running.

Does anyone have an e-mail address for Romanber? - I think we need to put pressure on them to get out Gas, Electric and Water connection sorted out properly

Hi all

Good idea to start giving Romanber some pressure.  We are hoping to go out for a few days in July (mainly to get the furniture installed) but are concerned as to whether anything has progressed since we were last out for a flying visit in March.  The utilities are of prime importance but also access to the garage, lighting and security around the locker rooms (we would like to kit out our locker room but the last time we were there, there wasn't any lighting in that area)  the outside planting areas and of course the pool.

It seems to us that the only way forward is for all of us to join together to press Romanber.  So how can we get in contact with all owners, bearing in mind some might not know of this site.  Perhaps if we begin by encouraging all we know to come forward on here to start forming an owners group to push things forward.

Hi all......I made some enquiries yesterday as to why Romanber were not carrying out the snagging they should on  my apt to be told by Luis that things are likely to change "in the next few days" as the Bank are to repossess the unsold properties from Romanber who are probably in dire financial straits with no sales & (presumably) a lot of folk suing them.He was optimistic that this would mean the issues referred to below woul be more likely sorted as they would want to attract sales more than Romanber are able to......Lets hope so.....

Can anyone confirm/deny the state of play with Romanber and the bank?
