We have decided to sell Betsy, our trusty Honda Shuttle MPV that we have had 3 excellent trouble free years with down on sierra Golf. 7 seats.
If you are looking for a cheap runaround for your villa then this car is the one for you.
It is a 1997 Honda shuttle 2.2 automatic. Driving brilliantly, green in colour, most people have probably spotted it onsite with the Irish Plates.
Being an Irish car, in 3 years, we have never been stopped once, the Spanish police cannot access any details on Irish cars.
Air con is still working as is the CD player and she has a nokia mobile phone hands free kit installed too.
It is currently running on a Spanish ITV (MOT test) which Brian Spring looked after a few months ago along with a service. (he has serviced the car a few times, and any bits that were ever needed, as it is a honda, she will never let you down.) It has approximately 120000 miles, but sweet as a nut to drive.
We have it insured with a company in Gibraltar for €380 per year OPEN DRIVE, meaning anybody over 25 can drive it once they have a license.
Body is ok, a few scuffs and marks, but they give her character......Tow bar fitted too
The car is driving perfectly. It is currently parked in the drive of our house, M13 -3 (number 154 Calle de Murcia). If you are interested, they key is available if you would like a test drive. Just drop me a private message.
Price? €1300 and she is all yours. If you want to buy her from abroad, I am happy to hold the car for you if you pay a deposit to my keyholder. (or you can pay a deposit by paypal)
( rent a 7 seater for a few weeks in the high season and you will realise how cheap Betsy is in comparison.)
This is a serious bargain. If nobody onsite wants her I will put her on ebay in a few weeks, when I drive down in another car I bought. We intend to drive another Irish car again as Betsy worked out so well for us.
