Has anyone noticed on the middle two penthouse apartments on each block some have a terrace dividing wall about waist height and some have no dividing wall at all, have been looking at some old photos we took on Condado and these penthouses definitely have a full size dividing wall with trellis on top also the model of the Terrazas resort that they had in Polaris headquarters shows the full height terrace dividing wall.I know the model of the resort in no way resembles the town centre that we have were going to have but were people told of this alteration to there terrace before they purchased or was this new design done after they paid there deposit have put these photos showing the Condado penthouses wall and Terrazas de la Torre model wall on the photo section of this forum
