FRONTLINE GOLF APARTMENTS

HI FOLKS..WHEN I WAS OVER RECENTLY I PLAYED GOLF WITH 2 FRIENDS AND NOTICED THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENTS WERE IN A REALLY BAD WAY WITH BIG CRACKS UP THE WALL... DOORS HANGING OFF... RENDERING HAD CAME LOOSE FELL OFF SURELY THIS DOES NOT REFLECT WELL ON THE PLACE OR THE FANTASTIC GOLF COURSE IF THERE ARE TOURNAMENTS ON THIS COURSE AND PEOPLE SEE THIS THIS WILL REALLY PUT PEOPLE OF BUYING AN APARTMENT ON CONDADO..COULD ANYONE SHED ANY LIGHT ON WHATS HAPPENING WITH THESE APPS IS ANYONE GOING TO SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT ARE THERE ANY PLANS TO RESOLVE THE POOR LOOK OF THE APARTMENTS...JUST WONDERING...THANKS STEVIE

The louvred doors have expanded which is normal, unfortunatley the prepared opening has not allowed for this. In other words the opening was too small for the doors. Simple to fix but looks terrible right now.

I know ours looks a mess - Polaris are actually repairing our broken rendering, believe it or not.

Totally agree , its not just the penthouses though its all round the site , it is mostly properties that i think have not been sold or are unoccupied so i presume have not been reported damaged , this is on the agenda for the presidents meeting on 23rd july so hopefully will get sorted
