Hi All,

I am still here.

I have not completed and my lawyer did get my contract resinded but will get my deposit returned only when funds are in.

Now being told the developer is bankrupt so no chance there.

Also being told that now the development is finished then cannot go bank gaurantee route as BG runs out when occupation license granted.

So bank owns my property with my deposit unprotected.

If anyone has any idea then please please tell me.

We seem to have been on this forum for years! Has anyone heard from their lawyers with updates recently,  I am with DVA and they are not replying to any emails i send them, if someone could please let me know if they are still in business.

I have not looked at EOS for a long time & read your message by chance this morning.

I formally went under the name "Irish Buyer" when I was contributing some years ago. I dropped away as there seemed to be a general apathy amongst contributors.

It is interesting that something seems to be starting now. If you are still active, I would like to help out or become involved if I can. In the meantime I would appreciate any information or advice that you can supply.
