Hello to all the Aureus folks out there, 

I  thought I would start a new thread to see what's the latest on refunds, who is still moving forward with completion and 
what information if any you are getting from your lawyers.

It would be good to collate all who are planning a refund and even the details of individual lawyers to see if there are some common lawyers. 
It maybe possible to speak with common lawyers to put togther a more targeted case as I know our Lawyers Zuring's have a number of clients but we all 
don't get the same information.

Maria de Castor has confirmed to me that she is also working on a case against the Judicial Administrator who is looking after Aureus.

Hi all,
Have heard from my lawyer to say they are now looking for completions on the development.
They say between 50 and 60 are completing with the remainder looking to resind the contract.
My view was to complete am now  unsure what to do as I feel that with the development only handing over a third of the units  -  will there be the money to run the hotel side? or would a company even be interested in taking it on.
I will send Mark my e-mail address so that I can be in the loop as to thoughts of others.
