Has anyone found out who the management company is and/or what they are going to do?

Hi all,
I have e-mailed my lawyer to ask for details but no response yet.
I have also asked for clarification as to the community fees.
If there are only a few of us completing are we going to be hit with very high fees until the others are re-sold.
The developer is usually liable for the fees on unsold apartments but as the development is in hands of the judge I do not know what is the position.
I'd would like to know how many are actually completeing.
I'll keep you posted.

Hello everybody,

I was told by my lawyer that completion has been delayed because the management company has not been set up yet.  I plan on completing and it would be good to know who else is as well.

At least 2 completing it seem! Has either of you looked inside of late? I went round in April and was not impressed with the furniture and the fact that it appears there is no wall units in the kitchen. I was told it was only B appartments that get wall units.
The mind boggles.

We haven't seen the completed development yet- so I would be interested in the opinions of the people who have.   

Hi all,
Does anybody know if the plan is to have bars and restaurants along the front.
I notice all the work done to paths down to the beach and the vegetable houses opposite all seem to be empty.
Does this mean there is a plan to build bars along the road on the opposite side to the beach.
Does anybody know?
