Completions or Refund Status Updates Please

Hello to all Aureus clients out there reading the EyeonSpain forum, I  hope you all had a very happy Christmas 

I thought I would post just before the end of 2008 to see if anyone out there has either completed or recently received their refunds on the Aureus apartment complex ?

We are still continuing our refund request and are in discussions with a number of Lawyers to try and get a clear picture of what the actual situation is. (Once we have this information I will post again with our findings)

Let's hope for a good 2009 with refunds or completions happening very early on in the new year.
