Need for Coffee - Sandwitch bars

Hi all,

We are going over for a visit on the 1st of April until the 8th, hopefully to complete but no official word yet from Parador. We would like to stay on site and are looking for accommodation. Is anyone renting out just now or do you know anyone who is. The only requirement we have is for A/C and a TV/DVD (for the kids). If anyone else is over at the same time we would love to meet up for a drink or two.

Hi folks, my name is Carol Caldwell and I live, with hubby and son, at 12 Calle Vizconde de Ros, Torre Alcantara - the semi-detached houses overlooking the front of the development.  I too am looking for an apartment for a weekend rent but am not having much success on our development.  the overall opinion appears to be that the houses are too nice, which I totally agree with, to rent out.  My husband and myself are doing property management and have 4 apartments in La Torre on our books - La Torre is about 5-10 mins away from our development on the Murcia road - I would possibly be able to get you an apartment there if this is any help.

Hi folks, my name is Carol Caldwell and I live at 12 Calle Bizconde de Ross, Torre Alcantara - the semi-detached houses at the front of the development overlooking the railway  line.  I too am looking for an apartment on the development for a short term let but have been let down with one already booked.  the overall opinion appears to be that the townhouses are too nice to let out as holiday apartments - an opinion which I must admit I do agree with.  However, my husband and I are doing property management here and have 4 properties in La Torre on our books at the moment.  La Torre is about 5ish minutes from  us on the Murcia road - would this be any good.   Hopefully we´ll meet up when you come out next month.
