Hi, I spoke woth the duquesa goldenmile office and had an email back from Antonio yesterday. They are still waiting for the habitation license to be approved which they expect any time and "expect to be completing in a month more or less".

When I was there in August, Maria from the developer's office said something about them releasing blocks 7, 9 and 13 first in Phase 2, and ours (block 10) would be after. I suppose it follows if you look at the plan.

Yvonne has kindly sent me a copy of the license. It covers blocks 7,9 and 13. I'm in 14 so I still have a little time to wait. My lawer checked last week and I was told end of October / beginning of November. I was originally told I was in phase 2b so that all makes sense and at least its consistent.
