Keyholding, Property Management, Cleaning, Rentals - Corvera Services

Hi all, just back from Corvera after short stay. Checked apartment thoroughly after our best summer of rentals so far and I wanted to say how pleased we are with the services provided by Roy and Lorraine (www.corveraservices.com/). Our renters have also left comments stating how well Roy supported them during their stay. These are some of the comments:

Roy always gets the apartment ready for our arrival and meets us soon after arrival. He always tries to get contractors to carry out any work whilst we are there so we can pay them direct and see their work first hand eg. lock changing. He is always available when you need him and nothing is too much trouble. Roy always lets us know when guests have left and that everything is OK.

Roy's knowledge of the area is second to none and the guide he has put together for guests (and us!) is brilliant (www.ourpropertyguide.com/). Everything about Corvera Services is highly profesional and top notch. I have experience of two other keyholders, one in Murcia and one in Almeria and the services provided by Corvera Services beats these hands down.

Mustn't forget Lorraine! She does a fantastic job with the linen (and my wife is very fussy!). No launderettes here!

All in all Roy and Lorraine go over and beyond what we would expect and we could not recommend them highly enough.

Got to agree with all of the above.   We have known Roy and Lorraine now for a couple of years and have to say that his communicatin iwth us about our apartment is excellent.     He always meets and greets us and our guests and check the apartment thoroughly when guests leave.      We too have the property guide which is excellent.     Roy has always been at the other end of the phone whenever we or guests have needed him for anything, even when we couldn't find the port in Cartegena and when we go off at the wrong stop in the new tram system in murcia city (ha ha).

I too am quite fussy about the apartment and always like it to be as I would like it.   Lorraine does a fantastic job of the cleaning and the linen etc.    Roy and Lorraine also have picked up shopping for us and our quests on arrival and all in their own time.  

I would recommend Corvera Services to anyone

I'm another happy customer of Roy and Lorraine and echo the comments made already. Roy is very proactive and extremely helpful. Both he and Lorraine go out of their way to offer extra bits of useful information - such as things going on locally as well as advice on your apartment (such as stopping the mossies getting in under the doors - genius!.).

We were out last week and he visited us straight away to make sure we were happy with everything and was often around the site on his golf cart (which he hires out of course!!).

Took a load of photos and video of the club house so when I can I will upload it to the forum for others - as Roy said there must have been 20+ people there - all the walls were built and they seemed to  be moving onto rendering. I'd be surprised if it wasn't open by Feb/March time if not before.

Thank you to everybody for the comments and of course including my wife Lorraine in your postings

Before we started the management side of the business we didn't have much experience in this area, but a lot of the experience of management organisations form renting out my own places, some good, some bad so the intention was to deliver the level of service that we would expect and so far it has worked

There has been years of work gone into the guide as we are the only people that provide a comprehensive information pack on the property, area with lots of ideas to help renters have an enjoyable holiday and more importantly come back to the resort, form comments in the visitors books it seems to be working

We have also been doing well on the rentals side considering the lack of facilities getting both long term and holiday bookings but now we are getting more time my big push is towards getting my clients rental bookings by placing their properties, free of charge on site like this, Kyero, Owners Direct and my own new site www.corveraholidays.com  which is currently under construction, a site dedicated to Corvera owners properties

Let's face it with the closure of Corvera's own rental are it is unlikely that they will be spending much money promoting the resort but this may change when the club house and course are open

Much of the money going into this site will go on search optimisation and promoting the development as a holiday location plus as a residential base for people working at the airport, in Murcia and Cartagena

With the feedback from renters, the openning of the club house, the re-location of the airport and the number of enquires that we are now receiving I remain very positive about the future of the site and just wish I had some spare money to buy a few properties

I actually think that it is great to have a choice and competition and that the owners are fortunate to have 2 people that are so dedicated to the resort and deivering a high level of service and have so many supporters

All I would suggestis that anybody that is looking for a service sits down with BOTH organisations, talks to some existing customers, compares rates and service levels and then they are able to make an informed decision

please don't forget that you can now subscribe to an independant newsletter on www.corveraholidays.com which is already page 1 Yahoo and has started generating enquires for rentals, evem though I have not yet fully finished the site or loaded up the rental properties

For the owners wanting to rent it is actually going to be good year
