TV problems again

Hi.

My daughter has told me they have been without ITV1 and ITV2 reception since yesterday afternoon. Before I phone Teleast tomorrow morning, has anyone else had this problem?

We are on phase 3.

 Yes same problem on Phase 2, please let Housing and your President know as well as Teleast, you are paying for a TV supply in your community fees, there is no reason this should go wrong so often, we apparently have a very sophisticated fibre optic system at Roda

It was a little inconvenient to get up this morning to not see the rugby.

 I have spoken to Housing who had TV engineers with them asking if they could come and check my apartment signal.

However both ITV stations are currently working. It does appear that on ocassions there is a problem with the receivers in each block on Roda but this time it would appear the problem was with the transmitted signal which I assume comes over a satellite into Roda.

It seems that weather conditions or other faults can impact on the UK stations we receive here, hence we now seem to receive BBC East Midlands as it is presumably a better signal than others.

I still wish there was a cheaper and other alternative to receiving more channels than we currently receive but I am not that much of a TV addict, just regret I missed the rugby.
