INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY HOUSING COMMUNIDADES
Grass replant is going to take place on two stages:
B-> FIRST-> swimming pool 1 & 3, access around the pool will be closed during the duration of works and until the grass grows.
Works to be carried out as follows:
- Turn over and rake up soil.
- Re-seed and feed.
- Check of all water sprinkles with broken heads.
These jobs will start on the morning of 20th September and it will take 10 working days (approximately until the 3rd October).
Once these jobs are finished, the pool will remain closed until the first grass cut is done, if it goes according to what is expected, after 15 days after the replant, will be around the 20th October.
B-> SECOND-> swimming pool 2, access around the pool will be closed during the duration of works and until the grass grows.
Works to be carried out as follows:
- Turn over and rake up soil.
- Re-seed and feed.
- Check all water sprinkles which do not work.
- Change all the sprinkle heads which are broken.
These jobs will start on the morning of 24th October and it will take 5 working days (approximately until the 31st October)
Once these jobs are finished, the pool will remain closed until the first grass cut is done, if it goes according to what is expected, after 15 days after the replant, will be around the 14th November.
Information signs will be put; we request that owners do not enter the affected reseeding areas.
Please, remember and we reiterate that timescale are not exact, it depends on: the weather, the state of the soil, if people goes through the areas to be treated and so on, thus timescale could be longer.
Regarding the annual covering of the pools. These are scheduled to be covered from November to April.
