Phase I Garening Committee meeting on 6th. August

Hi fellow owners

You will have no doubt received your invitation from our President to join the Gardening Committee on a tour of Phase 1 on Tuesday 6th. September. The members of the Gardening Committee fully appreciate that not every owner could attend. Never the less there was a good turn out and we would like to thank all those who did manage to join us.

The reason for this meeting, was to bring to your attention some very important issues that have come to light. It was also the veiw of the Committee, that as far as posible we should try and make every owner aware of these issues.

With this in mind a report on the meeting has been sent by the Gardening Committee to Housing with the request that it be posted on the Phase 1 website: apartamentosp11rodagolf. We ask that you access the site and read the report, which will hopefully give you some insight as to our current position.

We also ask, that should you wish to air your views, then you do so in the appropriate way and not via an open forum.
