Ryan Air and Alicante Airport

Heard on Spectrum FM news this morning that O'Leary has finally thrown his toys out of the Pram regarding the airbridge fiasco and is cancelling 30 routes to Alicante from this Friday. However I cant find a word of this on BBC news website. Can anyone help??

There was also a bit about it on Simply Networking, I was lead to believe it is only affecting the winter schedules with the smaller airports having no service and the bigger ones having a limited one. We only just booked our Easter flight last week with them, hated doing it but they were the cheapest.

Have booked with Easyjet for the summer, Jet2 seem to be unable to compete with EJ or RA especially from Scotland. O'Leary needs his ass kicked big style and I always thought the Irish to be reasonable people.

Yes i found later that it was origonally reported in April this year but obviously been resurrected now as it is the end of October so we will have to wait and see if he follows his threat through.

I also dont like using them but he does provide a service. Pity he is such a little s@@t lol
