Mayor's Decree
Having the No. 17.214/08 written, dated December 5, presented by

The theme park
The theme park will be designed with the most advanced technologies and features more than 30 attractions designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of ages and tastes.Also include two themed hotels inside, souvenir shops, restaurants.

The Life Style Center
Next to Paramount Park and connected to it, shall be one complex that will become the hub of business, cultural and leisure in the area throughout the year. The project will include hotels, restaurants and entertainment of high quality, it is assumed, will make it the region's economic engine.
Be divided into three main areas: resort and business area. It is located 7 hotels designed to cater for both tourists and professionals relocating to the area on business.Four of them will be 3 stars, two have a 4 star hotel with convention and area place for business and a five star hotel.
Leisure is another attraction of this resort. The commercial area will comprise an area of 150,000 square meters, while the dining and nightlife will have a space for bars and nightclubs.
To facilitate the transition between the park and the Life Style Center, the complex will have a network of environmentally friendly vehicles that facilitate the flow of visitors between the two nuclei.
