New renters website with no upfront cost!

 An acquaintance of mine is starting up a new rental site for condado properties with no upfront cost( he takes 10% of any bookings procurred).

A the moment he manages properties on Corvera where he has been very succesful with rentals and they dont have as many facilities as we do.

Thank you for the posting George and yes the information is correct as the reason that we have done well with the Corvera bookings is because it is site dedicated to the resort, and only the resort, and then it becomes very easy to refer the golfers, holiday makers and long term renters form Murcia & Cartagena to one place where they can see a good selection of property

We are confident and that's why the owners only pay when they get a booking, and the owners receive the booking and are paid directy by the renter, no middlemen involved in the payment but more importantly we are not a new startup as I have been trading in Spain 8 years and I am well known on this forum

Sorry there are no propertues on there yet because I am just getting them loaded but the Corvera sit will give you a good idea but we actually place properties on 4 different websites including Kyero and Thinkspain

No guarantees but what we have done so far seems to be working well, no upfront cost so no risk

Not initally as I need to focus on making the 2 initial sites a success and it is lots of work but believe strongly in one dedicated site per resort, not a general rental site
