Hi all, We purchased our apartment on naranjos 7 a while back in the hope of using it ourselves during school holidays and our friends and family using it during the year. Unfortunately we now fiind ourselves in a position where we have to hopefully rent it out for either long or short term lettings. We furnished it a couple of years ago to a reasonable standard (IKEA) and fited aircon in both bedrooms and in the living area. We did this on a builders electrical supply at the time. I understand that the builders supply is no longer available. How would one go about getting a permanent supply into the apartment and approximately how much will this cost. Also what is the story as regards water supply. who supplies it and where does one go to get a permanent water supply to the apartment. Any recomendations regarding a good keyholder and cleaner would also be appreciated. I hope to be in Spain in a couple of weeks to get everythin sorted and would like to be armed with information before i go so at least I can have a productive couple of days there. Does anyone know any good websites for advertising on? Which is better long or short term rental? I s there a rental market there? I know thats a lot of questions but i am sure the knowledge base on this site will have a loty of the answers. Thanking you all in advance for your help.
