We are looking to rent our apartment out on a more regular basis. At the moment we have one booking for this year other than our selves, which is a freebee to my son & his fiancée.
We have rented out one or twice a year to relatives of other Jardin owners but that is it really
What are the costs we will need to consider & to whom.
Also, whom do we have to notify if we choose to go ahead?
I don’t imagine we will do any thing until 2013 but thought it would benefit us have all the info we need well in advance
