ca anyone recommend a reputable but reasonable insurance company for home contents and life cover and buildings as we have ours through the bank and it has gone up again so we are shopping around any info gladly appreciated

Try Cuninghams in the square down in Los Alcazares they are supposed to be very competitive!

 I don't know what Manzana you are on but you can get very competitive insurance as a group like we do on Manzana 1.
