Naranjos 5 Condado

Just wondering if anyone else has looked at or purchased on the newly released Naranjos 5 on Condado.

We are flying over at the weekend to take  a look but the prices seem to vary depending on who you speak to.  The 'list' price seems to be one thing but the actual price the bank (or whoever is selling) will take is another. Has anyone any experience of the best price available or knowledge of the best negotiation tactic.

Condado seems as though it would be a great place for our young family but at present the whole price of property in Spain and actually buying in Spain appears to be a minefield. We are keen not to let this put us off but want to try and get it right.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated !

 Starting price's are preety much the same but deals can be done depends on agent and if you are paying cash or getting a Spanish mortgage.

We have just bougth our second apartment at Condado, an apartment at garden 5, and will travel to Spain for completion next weekend. I don´t know if we have got the "best" price, but it was cheaper than the first one we bought 2010 and we are happy with the price. You can send me a PM if you would like some more details.

Please excuse my ignorance as this is the first time using this forum. I am also in the process of possibly purchasing an appartment on the Naranjos area of the resort and travel out the first week in June to view the options of the penthouses or the garden appartments. I would be very gratefull for any advice on either. My initial purchase will be for some personel use but mainly for rental and investment. What is the rental market like at the resort and are the facilities like.
