I have 3 children aged 3,6,9... would these partments be family friendly ?

All developments will be child friendly, La Torre will have an international school on it but it is a private school and not sure what the fees will be like but the facilities will be great on all sites for all kids - and very secure too. Condado de Alhama might be better for kids as they have much more in the way of sports facilities (tennis courts, football pitches on hand) and in the good price gardins there will be at least one pool within eyesight of any apartment. For a low budget Condado De Alhama is probably the best and will offer the most amenities too. For a cheap 3 bed (the third bed is smallish) you can buy one from about £93,000 (but some agents will give you cashbacks). The next level of 3 beds does leap up considerably to nearly double, however I know some people who have bought 2 two beds together (or a 2 + a 3 bed together) to make bigger accomodation for less money.

Anyway, good luck with the decision and come back if you need any more advice.

Am not sure how to start a new thread - bit dull when technology is concerned (attention span of a gnat doesn't help either I suppose) - but can someone tell me what 'yield' is referring to when related to properties??  I'm sure it will make perfect sense to me one explained!!!!  Many thanks.

I think that probably "Yield" has been mentioned to you with reference to a financial benefit. Normally people talk of "rental yield", this is the amount in figures or as a percentage that the property will earn over a year. It is normally quoted before any costs are taken out (taxes, mortgage payments, community fees,etc).

I hope I have the right end of the stick, and it is not some strange gadget that keeps the roof on!
