Finally fixed the problem with our main front door into our apt.It has always been stiff to remove the deadlocks and open the door and then eventually the door would only stay shut by locking it.It is possible to adjust the height of the door via the hinges simply remove platic covers off bottom of hinges then remove allen key locking cap and then adj the door with another allen putting the allen key up the hinge.Hope this helps as it was driving me mad,if your still stuck we are out the end of July.
