New Owner Questions - Bins, storage, car parks etc!

Hi, Just moved in to DV block 3 this week after buying a bank repo. However it looks like the previous owner didn´t return the keys for parking, storage etc.

I went to AEA and they gave me a parking fob but it doesn´t work. Does it need programing?

I don´t have a key to the car park from the lift side - where can I get this?

Also I cannot find the bins, I presume they are in the underground bit too?

Last question, does anybody know how to get the remote control for the A/C etc? Again, this wasn´t supplied so we cannot control the AC properly. Your help is appreciated.

Hi there,

The key fob needs to be programmed by AEA (or sometimes the guard on the gate can do it)  As well as your garage it also contols the barrier at the entrance.

AEA should be able to supply your missing key (They will charge for it) AND MAY BE ABLE TO ADVISE RE THE ac REMOTE.

Rubbish goes in the bassuras which are on the roundabout, and also on the lower road .
