 Hi Ray, to join the Private Corvera forum please visit http://www.murcia-golf.co.uk/forum/index.php and register.  You can't see the Private forum until you are authorised - but it is there.  Can you send me an e-mailed copy of your owner's card and let me know your user name on the site.  I can then get you authorised.  Alternatively, if you are a client of Roy Howitt's he may be able to vouch for you taking away the need to see your owners card.

As Anita posted below, go to the other website  http://www.murcia-golf.co.uk/forum/index.php

Then register, using any username that you like, (use Ritchie.Rich if you like) . On that web site there is another public forum, which is not used much. The private forum can not even be seen on the web site at all until Anita authorises you. Therefore, e-mail a scanned copy of your owners card to Anita at the e-mail address that she gave in the post below, alf-anita.burrows@sky.com . Anita will then be able to authorise you and you will then see an additional forum (the private one) appear on the Murcia-golf web site.

The private forum is used much more than these public ones, the information is much better, more specific and more detailed. The public forums also suffer a bit from having non-owners posting and reading on the forum, for whatever reason, but that is why it is called a public forum.

If you mean by bit of a clique somehwhere that you actually have a verify that you actually own a property on Corvera then yesit is  bit of a clique

It is I suppose a little bit like the original forum setup by the group that wanted to take legal action and it gives owners a good platform to share views and issues but also do things like metet for golf and it seems to continue to grow in numbers

My clients can contact me and I can also verify their membership but I actually do not get to see the comments because currently I am not an owner of a property on Corvera and I do contribute but only via the administrator

As Roy says it is great for discussing all sorts of issues relating to a golf course, and also property that you own on a golf course.

It is a place where, being more private, people will say things like "Hi I'm Jim from wherever in UK, and I 'll be at Corvera first 2 weeks of Sept, so if anyone wants a game of golf give me a call on 07#########, or e-mail me on jim????@yahoo etc.

You can only benefit and meet other people, not really a clique, more like just a regular normal golf club, with a sligthly different way of communicating for much of the year.

Go on give it a go, you have nothing to lose.

 Thank you George for an informative and meaningful response ; I'll have a look at the private forum registration procedure. I am an owner at Corvera and was in fact property #3 to complete originally in Phase 1.
