Class Action

Hello Pommers All,

Your last sentence reminded me of the fact that a group of people were taking out a class action against Calidona. This mainly Spanish group considered that the price they paid per square metre  for their property at Roda (say 3750 euro), was much greater than similar properties on other comparable developments, without the advertised facilities of Roda (at say 1500 euros). Therefore they wanted the difference repaid to them for the non construction of those facilities at Roda.

Has anyone heard how things are with that group?

I know of only 1 owner who has successfully won a case in the courts - and that was actually to gain a full refund as his apartment was not built to the specification her had been promised (balcony not in the right place and spiral rather than normal staircase to the solarium.

As far as the class action in concerned then I've heard nothing
